This company is honest and courteous. They fixed the cause of our low suction and did advise our 33 year unit was getting close to burn out but a replacement was not yet necessary. No scare tactics were used! It was completely our choice to replace the unit at a very reasonable cost to avoid frustrations and another service call at a later date.

Can you repair my existing brand?

We service all major central vacuum brands, including Vacuflo, MD, Beam, NuTone, VacuMaid, Cyclo Vac and Dirt Devil. Tell us the brand and model if you know them. We’ll check parts availability and explain your options.

What should I share for a quote or repair?

For a repair, send your city, the symptoms and a photo of your power unit or model label. For an installation, include the home size, floor plans and project stage. We’ll let you know if an on site evaluation is needed and confirm any fee before the visit.

Can a central vacuum be added to an existing home?

Yes, many existing homes can accommodate a system. The layout, access through a basement or crawl space, and available pipe routes determine the installation plan. Retractable hoses also need a suitable storage route.

When should a builder contact you?

Start during planning so we can review inlet coverage and pipe routing. The rough in is coordinated with framing, HVAC and plumbing before drywall. Equipment installation and final testing follow at trim out.

Can I add a retractable hose to my current system?

Yes, it is possible, depending on your existing power unit and the space available for the hose storage piping. We’ll review your setup and explain whether Hide A Hose or Chameleon is a practical option for your home.
